Private betaNow accepting operators · 50% off for 12 months

Short stays and monthly stays, run by AI and your team.

OmniPM drafts every guest reply, reads every passport and transfer, schedules every cleaning and writes the reports — then waits for your team before anything goes out. Reservations, helpdesk, cleaning, maintenance, owners and rent, on one set of data, for operators in Japan.

AI, built into the work

Not a chatbot in a corner. Dozens of small AI features, each doing one job.

It reads passports and transfer screenshots, drafts replies from the booking and your knowledge base, turns receipts into expenses and writes move-out reports — and it asks before it sends anything.
