One link per booking. It checks the guest in, then becomes their handbook.
Guests check in online for everyone on the booking, in 13 languages. AI reads every passport. For minpaku units, the guest register, the 180-day count and the bi-monthly report keep themselves.

How it works
Three steps, one link, nobody chasing anybody.
Check-in link
Sent the moment a booking lands. The guest checks in online for everyone on the booking.
AI check
As each passport or ID photo is uploaded, AI reads it and rejects one that can’t be used. The guest retakes it there and then.
House handbook
Once check-in is done, the same link opens the room’s handbook in the guest’s language.
For minpaku and licensed units in Japan
The paperwork no other inbox does, kept as you go.
Mark each unit’s licence type — minpaku, hotel or ryokan, 簡易宿所 — and OmniPM applies the right rules. You stay in control of the filing.
180-day counter, per unit
Counted with the noon-to-noon rule across every channel, against 180 days or your ward’s lower cap, with warnings well before the limit.
Guest register, built from check-ins
Every check-in collects exactly what the register requires and stores it per registered unit. No separate desktop software.
Bi-monthly report, ready to upload
Nights stayed, guest count, guest-nights and the nationality breakdown, in the CSV format the government portal expects. You review it and submit.

House handbook
The same link turns into the room’s handbook.
It opens 72 hours before arrival, in the guest’s language, with the way in, the Wi-Fi and the house rules. Until then the guest sees when it opens. The link stops working the day after check-out.
Each operator writes its own handbooks per building or room. AI translates them, and late arrivals let themselves in without calling anyone.
Reservations and channels
Every platform sees what’s taken. Every stay shows up here.
Each unit publishes its own calendar feed for Airbnb, Booking.com and any calendar app, with a one-day turnover buffer around long stays. Partner calendars come back every hour.
Calendar
All buildings · 10 units
One feed per unit
Copied in one click into Airbnb, Booking.com or Google Calendar.
Monthly stays included
Residents and move-outs block the dates platforms see.
Channel gaps
Rooms free here but still blocked on a platform, listed for you.
Channel manager
Connect your Airbnb and Booking.com accounts: bookings and guest messages come in, and you reply from the inbox.
Questions from minpaku operators
Does it track the 180-day limit — and my ward’s lower cap?
Yes. Set each unit’s cap and OmniPM counts against it with the noon-to-noon rule, across every channel, and warns you well before you reach it.
Can it prepare the bi-monthly report?
Yes. It builds the report from your check-in data — nights, guests, guest-nights and nationalities — in the format the government portal expects. You review and submit it.
Does it keep the guest register?
Yes. Every check-in collects what the register requires and stores it per registered unit.
What about hotel-licensed or special-zone units?
Check-in and the inbox work for any unit. The register, night counter and report follow each unit’s licence type, so mark it once.
Where are passport photos kept?
In private storage, opened only by your staff or a link that expires within an hour. See Security for the details.
Stop collecting passports by email. Send one link instead.
