Clean rooms and fixed sinks, without anyone building the schedule.
Every check-out creates a room check. Rules pick the cleaner. Cleaners work from their phones, and anything they find becomes a maintenance project with its own checklist, costs and vendor link.

On the field team’s phones
Cleaners see their visits. The office sees everything, as it happens.
Field staff sign in with an emailed code and get only the screens they need: their cleaning events, their maintenance jobs, timesheets and errands. Each step is recorded as they go.

Questions about operations
Can cleaners decline a visit?
Yes. They’re notified by email and only act if they can’t do it; the office then steps in to reassign.
Do our contractors need an account?
No. Each job can be shared by a private link with its checklist, photos and hours, translated into their language.
Can residents report problems directly?
Yes, from the resident portal or by message. Each report becomes a ticket, and one click turns it into a maintenance job.
How are cleaners paid?
Timesheets come from the hours recorded on their phones, with rates per person, paid holiday, errands and train fares.
Which smart devices are supported?
SwitchBot meters, hubs and smart plugs today, polled every five minutes with alerts for mold risk, power spikes and devices going offline.
Retire the cleaners’ group chat. Keep the cleaners.
