Your rooms, on your own website. Live from the dashboard.
Units, photos, prices and availability come straight from OmniPM, so the site is never out of date — in 13 languages. Visitors search by area and date, inquire or reserve, and every request lands in your dashboard. We build the site on your brand — or your developer connects the one you have through the website API.
Your website
Everything a visitor needs to choose a room. Nothing your staff have to update twice.
Search by area, date and budget
Area, move-in date, budget and type, an On sale filter, a map with price pins and the walk to the nearest station.
Availability that is always right
Worked out from your reservations, not typed in. A room can be inquiry-only, a building can be kept off the site, and each building sets how far ahead it takes reservations.
Unit and building pages
Photos and floor plans, video and VR tours, fees and pricing, amenities, house rules — and approved reviews from past residents.
A chat that knows your rooms
Answers from your public knowledge base and searches live listings, with campaign prices and links to the rooms. In English and Japanese.

The site also serves your blog, your careers page with open positions, your services, a page for owners to list a property, and your contact links.
Booking
From visitor to reservation, without anyone retyping it.
- 01
Inquire, or reserve
An inquiry needs no payment. Reserve opens the booking form for the room and the dates.
- 02
Log in with an emailed code
Six digits, no password to create or forget.
- 03
Five steps
Applicant, details, consent, review and pay — with co-occupants, a legal representative and the contract language.
- 04
Pay the reservation fee
By card, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer with proof, or PayPay where a building has a QR code. It comes off the first invoice.
- 05
It’s in the dashboard
A reservation with the applicant, the room and the payment — ready for the contract.

Deducted from your first move-in invoice.
Nothing free on those dates?
Up to three other rooms are suggested — same building first, then the same area, then rooms that free up a little later. Inquiry-only and hidden rooms are never offered.
Half-finished forms
An inquiry, viewing request or booking left halfway is saved, and the visitor gets a follow-up email to finish it — at most one every 14 days.
Contract explanation
After reserving, the resident picks a time from a staff member’s calendar for the contract explanation, online or in person, with a confirmation email.
Every form has a home in the dashboard
Languages and SEO
Every page in 13 languages. Each one findable on its own.
Staff write descriptions in English and Japanese. When a building, unit, blog post or campaign is saved, AI translates it into the other eleven — or press “Translate all languages” before saving to check them first.
Built for search, on the sites we build

Website API
Already have a website? Connect it.
Your developer reads the same data the dashboard uses. Listings, availability, buildings, blog posts, campaigns, job posts and your brand settings go out; inquiries, viewing requests, waiting-list sign-ups, applications and analytics come back.
Full documentation is coming.
What a site can read and send
One key per website
Name a key, tick what it may do, copy it once. See when each was last used, and revoke it the moment a site goes away.
Availability arrives already worked out
"availability": { "status": "possibly-from", "date": "2027-01-12", "label": "Possibly from Jan 12, 2027" }
Your site shows the same label the dashboard does — no date logic to rebuild.
Beyond the website
The same API serves your own tools and AI agents: search units with filters, create an inquiry, read the viewing schedule, or create a booking link with its own price.
Analytics
See which page brought the booking.
Every view, search and click on the site feeds the marketing analytics in the dashboard — by device, language and country, with where visitors heard of you.

Do we need a developer?
Not if we build the site for you. To connect a site you already have, your developer uses the website API with a key you create in the dashboard settings.
What does the website cost?
Connecting your own site or running without one costs nothing extra. If you want us to build one, we’ll quote it with you.
How fast does a change reach the site?
Listings, prices and availability are read from the dashboard, so a change your staff save reaches the site within minutes.
Can we keep a building off the site, or take inquiries only?
Yes. A building can be hidden from the site, a room can be inquiry-only, and each building sets how many days ahead it can be reserved.
Which payment methods can visitors use?
Card, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer with proof upload, and PayPay where a building has a QR code. You switch each one on or off, and payments go to your own accounts.
Which languages does the chat speak?
The website assistant answers in English and Japanese. The pages themselves are in 13 languages.
Put your rooms on your own site. Apply for the beta, and we’ll set it up with you.
