Credit card

• Monthly fee: charged to your credit card at the start of each billing month
• Top-up AI credits: prepaid, charged to your credit card when you buy them

After we accept your application, we set OmniPM up with you — importing your data, connecting your channels and payments, and training your team — and you can use it from the start date agreed with you.

• As OmniPM is a service, services already provided cannot be returned or refunded.
• You can cancel by writing to info@omnipm.app at any time. The subscription ends at the end of the billing month in which you cancel, or at the end of the minimum term if that is later; part months are not refunded.
• Minimum term: 12 months from the start of the subscription
• Top-up AI credits are not refundable.
