Platform
One dashboard for the whole rental business. Not five tools and a group chat.
Reservations, guest messages, cleanings, rent, owner statements and your website all work from one set of data. AI reads, drafts and checks inside every module, and a person decides what goes out.

Replace spreadsheets and group chats
Most rental teams run on a spreadsheet, a few group chats and a login per tool. Every copy-paste between them is a date that can go wrong.

With OmniPM
A booking from Airbnb lands on the calendar, its guest messages arrive in the inbox, and the check-out puts a cleaning on the schedule. Nobody types it twice.
One login per person, with a role that shows what their job needs.
AI in every module
AI does the reading and the first draft. Your team makes the call.
It isn’t a chatbot bolted on the side. Small AI features sit in the screens where the work happens, answer from your own bookings and knowledge base, and wait for a person before anything is sent.
Everything the AI doesMessages
A reply draft for every guest message, in their language, with the sources it used.

Platform questions
Do we have to move everything over at once?
No. Every module is included, but many operators start with one building or one kind of stay, and bring the rest over once the team is comfortable.
Is it for nightly guests or monthly residents?
Both, in the same buildings. Airbnb and Booking.com stays sit on the same calendar as monthly contracts, and each gets the paperwork it needs — guest register for one, lease and rent for the other.
Is the dashboard in Japanese?
The dashboard is in English and Japanese. Pages for guests and residents — check-in, handbook, portal and your website — are in 13 languages.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Cleaners and field staff work from their phones, contractors open a single job from a link, and the dashboard works on a phone for staff on the move.
How is our data kept apart from other operators?
Every operator’s data is kept separate, and each person sees only what their role needs. The security page explains how.
